Zoetermeer, 20 August 2009 - ScreenCheck International BV, based in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, has acquired together with the local management team Polaroid's Commercial ID Division in Fort Wayne, Indiana USA. Business will be continued under the name of ScreenCheck North America LLC.

In addition, ScreenCheck has obtained exclusive license rights to use the well-known and respected Polaroid trademark worldwide on ID Products.

Michael Fox, who managed the Polaroid Commercial ID Division for several years has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ScreenCheck North America. Fox commented "Polaroid products and the existing strong U.S. distribution channel combined with ScreenCheck International's global distribution network is a formidable force in the identification and card printing industry."
